This is a 120 unit midrise apartment complex in the Edge District of St. Petersburg. BendinRoad partnered with Landings Real Estate Group to purchase and develop the property. The site in currently in permitting for 60 Short Term Rentals and 60 Long Term Rentals and groundbreaking is expected Q1 of 2027. It will have state of the art amenities including a 13th story pool, fitness center, co-working space and lounge. In addition, the units will be furnished with Ori’s Cloud Bed (oriliving.com) providing expandable furniture.

Shoppes at Symmes South

This is a 7 acre mixed use site with Retail Outparcels out front and self storage in the back. Bendinroad rezoned the property and purchased it in Q2, 2025. It is currently in permitting for a gas station, coffee user and retail with an expected ground breaking Q4, 2026

Big Bend Pad

This is a one acre commercial pad on Big Bend Road in Riverview. BendinRoad is a fee developer for the Landlord and providing leasing, permitting, financing and development services. It is located on one of the most highly trafficked roads in the area with quick access to I-75. The site is currently in design and will have a coffee user as well as a 5,000sf retail strip center.

This is a two acre commercial pad on Big Bend Road in Riverview. BendinRoad is a fee developer for the Landlord providing leasing, permitting, financing and development services.
